David V. Setton - has served as Vice President of the company since 1999. David is responsible for all facets of the development process, from land acquisition through sales and marketing. Mr. Setton holds a Diploma in Building Technology. Jennifer Silvera - has been Vice President of Administration since 1988. Jennifer has been with the company since 1979 and brought to the organization 18 years of previous experience within the airline industry in planning, administration and corporate organization. Erich Krause - has been in the construction industry since 1972 and has worked with several major developers. As Project Manager for United Properties, Eric has been responsible for the construction of six United Properties communities including our current project, Seascapes. Bert Morelos - has worked with United Properties as Development Manager for the past 7 years. He has more than 30 years work experience in North America and the Far East.
